ANDY WARHOL AND POP ART

Becoming one with the art is not a little thing, specially when it’s about Andy Warhol: painter, photographer, director and very important in the Pop Art movement. He did the repetitive piece of art of Marylin Monroe and commercial products. He was the one that supported bands of “Velvet Underground & Nico” and he designed their cd covers. His pieces of art were about visual reproduction of the American economical boom and a about a nation full of consumers. Using his shades of colors he was expressing his real identity but they were just a few that managed to really get it.
