IT: Esistono quei giorni in cui un bel giro in bici o una passeggiata riescono a tirarti su il morale, non ho mai capito come questo potesse succedere ma è così, soprattutto se si sta a contatto con la natura e gli animali. Questo è accaduto a me. Vicino a dove abito io hanno costruito da poco tempo una pista ciclabile e io puntualmente ogni settimana ci faccio un giro, per liberarmi dai pensieri e pensare solamente a me stessa. Non l’ho mai percorsa tutta ma pochi giorni fa finalmente ci sono riuscita e ho realizzato che mi sono persa tutto ciò, un laghetto con dei bellissimi cavalli. Devo ammettere che all’inizio non mi è nemmeno sembrato che fosse la mia città, un paesaggio nel verde più profondo, magnifico.
EN: There are those days when a nice bike ride or a walk can cheer you up, I never understood how this could happen but it is so, especially if you are in contact with nature and animals. This happened to me. Near where I live I have recently built a bike path and I regularly every week we do a tour, to free myself from the thoughts and think only of myself. I’ve never walked across a few days ago but finally I succeeded and I realized that I have lost everything, a pond with beautiful horses. I must admit that at first I did not even seemed that it was my city, a landscape in the green deeper magnificent.
